Dr. Aliza Steinberger, DACM L. Ac
Our Founder
Dr. Aliza Steinberger, DACM L. Ac, is a licensed acupuncturist and DONA trained doula in New York State. She received her Master's of Science in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science in New York City and her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine with an emphasis on integrative medicine through Pacific College of Health and Science in San Francisco, California.
As part of her clinical internship training for her graduate programs, Dr. Aliza worked in multiple hospital settings including the Veteran's Administration Hospital in NYC, NYU Langone's Initiative for Women with Disabilities, and NYU Langone Hospital's Labor and Delivery Department in Brooklyn. From these experiences she honed her skills working with individuals who are affected by chronic pain conditions, immune system disorders, GI diseases, psycho-emotional conditions, women's health and fertility.
Dr. Aliza is of the firm belief that every individual deserves access to non-judgmental support and a safe space to experience healthcare.
Florence Di Gennaro, L. Ac
Florence is a New York State Licensed Acupuncturist and Clinical Herbalist. She earned a Master's of Science in Oriental Medicine from New York College of Health Professions and is a board certified Diplomat of Oriental Medicine (Acupuncture, Chinese Herbology, and Asian Bodywork Therapy) with the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She furthered her knowledge of herbal medicine through advanced programs at David Winston's Center for Herbal Studies.
Florence believes that healthcare should be personalized to address individual needs, support the body's innate healing processes, and promote physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. She envisions a future where complementary and alternative medicine seamlessly integrate into mainstream healthcare.
